Veena Malik (born Zahida Malik) is a Pakistani actress, model and actress. Over a period of ten years she has worked with news channels and movies. Veena Malik was born in Rawalpindi in Punjab province,  Ali Malik, and his wife, Zeenat Malik. . She holds a BA in Sociology, Psychology and Persian.Before starting her career as an actress from Malik worked as a comedian for several TV shows and series. She made her acting debut alongside Shaan and Zara Sheikh in Tere Pyar My askaris (2000), which was a blockbuster. She played a minor role in the film and was barely acknowledged. However, she appeared in a supporting role in Yeh Dil Aap Ka Javed Sheikh Huwa (2002).In 2003 Malik in Indo-Pak Punjabi film Pind Cross Venture Tues Kuri, who could do so well, but the film turned WOULD be the first Indo-Pak venture film with a budget of 70 million rupees. She also appeared in the Sassi Punna Askari (2003) next to Sana and Moammar Rana, but the film do well in Lahore cinemas and other demonstrations failed in theaters was stopped after a week of its release.She then worked in the Jageer Rafique.In 2005 she appeared in a short film Punjabi badmash Construction (2005), which has not garner any recognition by the lack of big stars. She then worked in Reema Khan’s Koi Tujh Sat Kahan (2005), which was a commercial success in Pakistan.In 2007, she won her first Lux Style Award for the most stylish celebrities on the red carpet. In 2008, Rafique Malik appeared in the Punjabi film, Mohabbatan Sachiyan, with ex-fiance Babrik Shah and newcomer Maria Khan and Adnan Khan.
